Yeah, this is going to be a solid no. I may not care for religion all that much, and I am all for the separation of church and state, but this is not even remotely workable. No tithe to churches? Really? Why? Tests of loyalty? If your citizens aren't loyal, that speaks volumes of your nation's leadership. Sad. Maybe this idea would work best for your nation, but I don't see how any of this is even close to workable on the scale of the WA.

Weakening the authority of Churches in Faith-based nations is like making a proposal to abolish central leadership. Legitimately, there is no way this proposal can be salvaged without either devastating faithful nations or downright outlawing nonsecular nations, both of which go against previous legislation, and would simply never pass.

I don't like the materialist viewpoints legislated by the WA and pushed by liberal AND communist nations, but I'm still a member. Religious zealots and representatives have the same amount of worth as everyone else in society. I don't see why religious people should be punished for having a place in society. Regulation will only increase this bipolar impulse to get rid of everyone that's not aligned to your beliefs.

The World Assembly,
Religion is one of the most influential force in many nations. This is a proposal do decrease faith authority to some extent.

Hereby,

1.) Influence of religious representatives must be decreased.
a) Religious authorities will be prohibited to spread hate towards minorities and social groups in the name of the faith.
b) Missionary, preaching actions that urge people to plot government ideas are prohibited.

This fundamentally goes against laws against ideological bans.

2.) New firm legislations must be passed in places of worship.
a) Religious representatives cannot publicly mock government's actions without good reason and argumentation.
b) Collecting money from citizens in religious means will be prohibited.
c) Goverment will manage places of worship's funds and expenses, by that faith will be solely dependent of the goverment.

Limitation of the expression of Free Speech with no apparent reason other than religion.
Even if it is voluntary

3.) Using police force
a) If policeman/policewoman is bribed by faith representative, he/she will be immediately relieved from his/her duties.
b) Goverment must start annual cheching of families to determine their loyalty to the nation. However this doesn't concer children under 14, citizens with mental illness, elders over the age of 90 and citizens who are in the hospital for health issues.

a) is understandable, but entirely unrelated to this whole proposal as a whole and speaks more to corruption within the department rather than weakening faith's authority.
