Human Overpopulation Act
A resolution to maintain population growth

Description:
REALISING that overpopulation could result in the inability to fulfill the basic needs of citizens and cause the eventual dismay of the loss of human rights including, but not limited to, food and water shortage; absence of sufficient shelter; and lack of sanitation.
ACKNOWLEDGING that a substantially large population allows a large labour force, which is required for a nation’s economy to thrive.
HOPING to preserve human rights by maintaining population growth without largely affecting nations’ economies.

Overpopulation as exceeding the carrying capacity in a specific geographical location, rendering the area unsustainable.
Human rights as rights that belong to every person
MANDATES teaching of sexual education in all education curriculums.
STRONGLY URGES a new committee to be formed, the “Juvenile Education Authority” (JEA), to develop and maintain a curriculum for Sexual Education internationally.
REQUIRES nations to establish a provision tax that favours families consisting of none, or few children.
ENCOURAGES nations to promote, or subsidize family planning practices.
