RESOLVED, The General Assembly strongly discourages nations to permit abortions for any reason that is not health related, and

FURTHER RESOLVED, The General Assembly promotes all life, including that of a newly conceived embryo

First, you will want to review two resolutions. On Abortion and Reproductive Freedoms. You can find both of them in the GA Passed Resolutions thread. It's linked in my sticky and pinned to the top of the forum. The confluence of the two creates an obligation in the Assembly that all member nations preterit people to get abortions for any reason at any time (though there is naturally disagreement on what exactly the two resolutions in fact do, especially with some conservative Christians).

Second, you will want to look at the GA rules, which are also pinned to the top of the forum. I think the most important right now to review would be the Originality rules, the Category rule, and the Strength rule. There is also more arcana, on which I think most of the GA regulars would be happy to answer questions.

Third, you don't need to put commas after starting words. Nor must they be capitalised. Nor must second words be capitalised either. Generally, things are written in the paradigm of an extremely long sentence, which also produces certain grammatical protocols to which I'm sure Kenmoria will give undue attention.
