(OOC: I don't see any attempt of your to repeal National Economic Freedoms, and relying on someone else to repeal it, who will probably have a replacement, isn't quite acceptable practice here. Also, this is still illegal at the current moment, and against the spirit of the Ideological Ban rule.)
