The World Assembly,
Troubled by the safety problems occurring when sensitive industries are not under control of the state,
Convinced that unequal payment by the state reduces the trust of the people in the state,
Convinced that sensitive industries should not be in private hands,
Defines sensitive industries as the production, sale, storage or transportation of food and drinking water,
Defines, for the purposes of this resolution, Socialism as the possession of sensitive industries by any entity other than a nation state,
Defines, for the purposes of this resolution, Communism as the possession of sensitive industries producing food by any entity other than the nation state it is being produced in,
Mandates member states to:
- ban Socialism and Communism
- declare the lowest possible amount of money that can be paid to be fair and just compensation for any loss of ownership by private entities resulting out of this resolution.
- pay all people employed by the state in a sensitive industry the same amount of money for an hour of work.
