I’m always happy to discuss ideas about proposals, particularly if grammar or wording are in issue. I am also Executive Deputy Minister for the WA Ministry of TNP.

(OOC: As mentioned in the proposal, the definition of terrorism given excludes cyber terrorism and the definition of civilian excludes any member of the police or armed forces who is in holiday or not working. If you believe the replacement isn't very good, then criticise that in its own drafting thread.)

OOC: Which, as has been pointed out repeatedly, is not really a flaw as there is another resolution in existence that deals with the issue. If you believe the civilian definition has a serious exclusion, then write a proposal to address that flaw, rather than try to repeal this for failing to address everything.
