Whose duties are?

b. To inform WA governments of new sapient species.
c. To study sapient life form’s genetics and anatomy.
d. To provide research and records access to all member nations.
e. To travel, study and observe planets without interfering in the evolution process of the planet
f. To enhance technology for deep space and inter dimensional travel.
g. To host a yearly ceremony for introducing new species to the WA
The WASC is prohibited from.
h. Using any live subjects for testing or research. Unless it has consent from the test subject.
i. Detaining, abduct or hold any subject against their will.
j. Killing or harming any subjects in its care unless for self-defense. Defining (self-defense only if a person reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent death or great bodily harm. The Right to Protect One's Person and Property from Injury).
k. Accessing any information from WA members that is not related to this resolution
l. Withholding any information from WA governments
WA Members must
I. Share any data or information pertaining to its population with the WASC.
II. Provide access to space centers, super telescopes, and observatories.
III. Report any new sapient species to the WASC.
