Noting some nations may not have experienced different types of life forms.

• Defining Sapient beings as defined in resolution 355 “"Sapient Being" as any physical entity possessing the ability to:
o Think, understand, and form judgments by a process of logic;
o Choose a sensible course of action or considered response;
o Experience subjectively, feel, or recognize, discern, envision, understand, or attain awareness of.
• "Existing international laws" as any passed World Assembly Resolutions which are extant and not void at the time an individual may read this resolution, whether those resolutions have been passed before or after this resolution was passed.”


Understanding the need to share information to WA members if the need should arise.

The World assembly hereby creates The World Assembly Sapient Committee funded by the WA.


Whose duties are?

a. To create an international database for categorizing and organizing Sapient life forms.

b. To inform WA governments of new sapient species.

c. To study sapient life form’s genetics and anatomy.

d. To provide research and records access to all member nations.

e. To travel, study and observe planets without interfering in the evolution process of the planet

f. To enhance technology for deep space and inter dimensional travel.

g. To host a yearly ceremony for introducing new species to the WA






The WASC is prohibited from.



h. Using any live subjects for testing or research. Unless it has consent from the test subject.

i. Detaining, abduct or hold any subject against their will.

j. Killing or harming any subjects in its care unless for self-defense. Defining (self-defense only if a person reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent death or great bodily harm. The Right to Protect One's Person and Property from Injury).

k. Accessing any information from WA members that is not related to this resolution

l. Withholding any information from WA governments


WA Members must


I. Share any data or information pertaining to its population with the WASC.

II. Provide access to space centers, super telescopes, and observatories.

III. Report any new sapient species to the WASC.

It's also still illegal, it's just finding new ways to be illegal. Also, the draft has very strange spacing.

Mostly contradiction. Lots of it. Lots and lots of it. Inluding internal contradiction. Also some HoC and Bloody Obvious and Bloody Stupid. Some of those may not be real names of real Illegalities, but they're things that should be illegalities. Not kidding about tons of contradiction, though.

OOC: I dislike this even more. It's now just stupid. Monthly entries to the WA when the species can join at a whim, just being on a planet may mess up something due to assumed terraforming to allow long term studying, governments don't want to have to share their information or space centers, super telescopes, etc. This is just getting stupider with pretty much every revision.
