THE WA HEREBY:
DEFINES advanced AI as AI with the capacity for consciously making sense of things, establishing and verifying facts, applying logic, and changing or justifying practices, institutions, and beliefs based on new or existing information.
MANDATES
I. Member nations to give said AI the same status of citizenship as an organic sapient.
II. Member nations to give said AI the right to participate in democratic elections if they apply to said nation.
III. Member nations to give said AI the ability to work jobs.
IV. Member nations to give said AI the ability to earn and spend money.
