All the Defining. Clarifying, and Establishing clauses are fluff. The active clauses actually have nothing to do with escorts, who you've singled out for no obvious reason. Except I've already refuted the claim with BA in earlier posts. The claim being that it discriminates against other types of employees. When in fact it doesn't because it does not block other employees from those benefits. I also showed where GA 35 is a contradiction of GA 18 since GA 18 "Excludes" diplomats from the PoW group whereas GA 35 requires them to be included as well.
