Zombies must be eliminated by all means. It has caused total havoc and destroyed our human population. What has remained will be destroyed if we do not take serious action.

1. All zombies must be killed if they are not curable.
2. States will have right to seize all the properties and belongings of affected people and spend that resources on research to make cure.
3. States those will help spreading the virus must be hold accountable for their crime against humanity. And will be judged by security council.
4. Zombies are not human therefore human rights will not apply to them even though they will appeared to be human.
5. Nations must build Concentration camp for Zombies. so that what little left as humanity do not die out.

Not all people agree with not-joining the zombies. In fact, it would oppose them. So I say this proposal is shit no offence.

As a zombie nation I must say I'm offended. We're people too, even though we may look a little different. But I sympathize with the troubles that the quick take down of pre zombie civilization has caused you. But you also have to understand that we have the right to live as well. So here's a compromise:
Allow us about 12 more hours of population conquest to fuel our future undead-based economy. That'll be 10/31/2017, 11:00:00 PM CDT. After that, we go our separate ways. Trading and collaborating as if nothing had happened.

Whether you say yes or no, you don't have much of a choice...
