The World Assembly;
This act demands the basic right to be able to leave your nation and return safely.
Member Nations that do not allow citizens to leave are officially violating their human rights and are essentially keeping them prisoners.
Member Nations must allow;
1. Legal citizens leave the country to go elsewhere without punishment or shame.
2. Legal citizens return safely into the country, providing they are adhering to national border laws regarding what may be brought into the country.
3. Citizens that have returned to bring other people across the border with them, providing they also meet all government standards.
Member nations must not;
1. Charge citizens extra for wanting to leave or return to the country.
2. Create requirements to leave or come to the country harder for the sole reason of them leaving and returning.
3. Treat returning citizens any different than anyone else.
Clarifying, this act does not deminish laws already in place regarding what can be brought into the country and immigration regarding border patrol. This act is meant to give citizens the right to leave and return to their nation without fear of prosecution.
