Hold on. Are you saying that a nation's leader can declare something "Fake News" and it becomes outlawed? Or that anything that is proven to be "Fake News" is outlawed?

Because they are - generally - two diametrically opposite things. As a rule anything a nation's leader says is "Fake News" is generally the truest source of news you can get, and anything that purports to be the truest source of news is "Fake News" incarnate.
