The simple meaning of homicide is to kill. So self defence is for example legalised. Thus this proposal would not ban that.

This has become a daily requirement for citizens of the DGES to attend, as it is shown that Keshiland has ignored the opinions of other nations and never, ever will. This practice shall be immediately outlawed, should Keshiland abandon his frequent spammings of WA proposals that are OBVIOUSLY meant to increase his post count in the forums. Yeah... he's that desperate, guys.
