well the pros and cons are not all the same for every WA nation so the pros & cons depends on what aspects the WA general assembly legislation affects. as for your second question it still depends mainly on your own personal preference and or what your WA Delegate or region founder suggests you to vote for like with me I live in the region of Texas and our regions founder is also the delegate so he tells how we should vote on a particular issue but its ultimately up to us as to we vote for or against the legislation that is being voted on.
