The Customs Trade agreement

proposal=as you know, many countries have a customs on most things such as sprits. A customs reform would greatly benefit the many countries and regions. It would also benefit the world assembly if a world assembly membership was required to have the policy on the country that had joined. So customs would be greatly decreased and trading would be increased and industry would flourish

You may want to look up the difference between "customs" and "tariff", because from reading this you appear confused about that. Also, read the rules & guidelines viewtopic.php?f=9&t=159348
