GenSec is in charge of most of it, but some aspects (spam, obscenity, game mechanics, amendments, etc.) remain off limits for what I hope are obvious reasons. We've also transitioned most of the proposal queue management responsibilities to GenSec via some new tools.

To be fair, three of those threads seem to be a grudge match from someone whose proposal was removed as illegal.

And yeah, I've been in favour of the hard reset for a long time, but unless we get the majority of mods and admins behind that, Max is unlikely to agree.

I'm extremely in favor of this, to be quite honest, paired with a rule banning overbroad resolutions.

I think (some) players are just not getting creative. We've picked at the low hanging fruit and if we were to do a reset, we would continue to pick off the low hanging fruit, but the far more interesting, meaty stuff is still out there to be vetted, drafted and conquered. I've got some ideas, good or bad, that I'd toss out to GA authors if they were interested (I can't see something with my name attached being a viable WA resolution in this climate, but I don't mind passing on ideas if authors go somewhere with it.)

If you are talking about me, I would like to point out that
1 of those threads was split off from a comment BA made that I didn't want to turn into a thread jack and there are only
2 threads I made, not three, the second of which was split from this one to avoid threadjack.
