That stems from my original intent on making it for reviewing judicial precedent. If included repealed resolutions I bet it would be around 70-120 pages longer.

Please DO NOT include the repealed resolutions. I've been wanting a list of only active resolutions for a while, but never got around to making it myself. I kinda got halfway through it one time.
