Encouraging Education

The proposal is to increase educational spending and create the obligation to attend the insino medium and creation of free universities in all member countries of the World Assembly.

Clauses:

1. Creation of nurseries, primary schools , secondary , schools average and enough universities to population and that people do not need to pay to study.

2.Financing research on new technologies and remedies .

3.free places for all the inhabitants of the sovereign state.

4. Liberty of reprove .

Results:

Short-term results seram negative but long and medium term in the average income will increase because abitantes seram more educated

This currently duplicates GAR#80 and probably a few other education resolutions as well.

This is the only material here that(I think) isn't already addressed by an existing resolution. If you expanded on this clause, got rid of the duplications in the other clauses, and fixed the sub-optimal formatting, then there is some hope in this proposal.

90% of the teachers in Calladan are female. So this, I guess, wouldn't apply to them?

Also - how is this to be funded? If the students can't be charged directly for attending (something of which I highly approve, by the way) then we will have to find the funding somewhere - almost certainly either a massive grant from The WA (does the WA do grants?) or a MASSIVE increase in taxes (which will not make my Tri-Arch all that popular).
