Postby The Walmart Republic » Sat Apr 09, 2016 10:05 am

I was not online for the election but I wish I was. I have noticed that a hippy was elected as WA Secretary General and I am not happy. Would there be a way to repeal their appointment?

Well to do that I guess you have to face 1800+ other hippies that voted for him.
I support Ted Cruz 2016! to stay away from the White House

Pros: Free market, capitalism, social progress, IKEA, Android, dank memes

Neutral: gay rights, religion, KFC

Anti: fascism, communism, Washington DC, DC Comics, Apple products, and that kid with annoying eyebrows from Maze Runner

The "World Assembly Secretary General" election was organized by members of the cult of Violet as a publicity stunt. It was never authorized by the general assembly and carries no legal authority with the assembly.

That is not acceptable. That's like occupying Wall Street with a small mob and claiming it as your territory. We should remove their position, politely of course, and if not, through sheer force.

Because there was an election, and "a hippy" received a plurality of the votes.

For what goddamn reason? He does not do anything anyway.

There is absolutely no power in his name. He is a meaningless figurehead, installed through a sham election organized by Max, Violet, Catherine Gratwick and the Generalite Gay Mafia -- in a vain attempt to convince the world at large that the WA was a legal and orderly body where democracy and rule of law prevail. None of that is true, of course. The WA remains a chaotic, discordant, violent body where truth-tellers are defenestrated, votes are easily bought, and shadowy, corrupt figures like Mousebumples rig every vote through stomping. The election has changed nothing. There is no governing or ordering this asylum; the inmates are firmly in control.

Check aisle 17, I believe there are prepackaged senses of humour onsale this week. Look into that, please. There is already sufficient arguing, sniping, and butthurt here as it is. We truly do not require manufactured and artificial outrage to add to that mix. Thank you.

It was NS's annual April Fools' joke/event. One of our more interesting ones. The SG has no power at all, only a fancy title. They're like the Queen of England. They can ride in a parade; sittin' pretty and waving to the masses but when it comes to stately matters they're as useful as a wet mouse in a violent uprising.

Less useful, really. A wet mouse can make a (bad but better than nothing) improvised flail.
