Honorable World Assembly

Recognizing the principles and limits of the tolerance and acceptance of the nations of the world, who profess diverse religions, beliefs, worldviews, as well as linguistics. It is imperative to recognize the linguistic diversity of the world, with the aim of achieving better communication between nations of different languages, seeing this as a real and urgent need for the maintenance of the "activity" and "participation" of diversity within their Regions.

It is accepted that English is a frank language (de iure), but, not all nations have a degree of advanced command of this language.

Honorable Assembly, the proposal entitled: "Law that regulates the equality of Use Of Languages" It seeks to normalize all the Regions attached to the World Assembly, the following:

1.- The Regions will name a "Communications and Diversity Office", which will have the function of publishing a survey to know the number of nations that have languages other than English. This will be dependent on the "Communications Officer".

2.- Within the internal organization of the Region, prepare acceptance quotas for languages. (It is suggested that if a group of nations that represents 25% equal or higher, is linguistically accepted, it also depends on the size of the Region).

3.- When the major languages within the regions are recognized, designate positions such as: "Sub Office of Communications (language it represents)", which will be under the "Office of Communications and Diversity" and the latter under the "Communications Officer "

Remembering that the repeal of the original resolution to promote sustainable timber states "Realizing this damage to the timber industry would decrease business and lower demand, which lowers prices and forces non-compliant nations to use cost-cutting, environmentally harmful methods of production for timber,"

Counter-arguing that point as this would not happen as a cause of this resolution because the resolution punishes these non-compliant nations for these very actions.

Further Noting that importing timber from nations violating these resolutions is in itself violating these resolutions, because one would not say that when someone hires an assassin to kill someone that the one who financially and morally supported the assassin is not a criminal just because he did not do the murdering.

Wanting a better tomorrow for all nations and believing that nations may achieve this by complying with past, present, and future resolutions hereby enacts that

1. All WA member nations will be prohibited from purchasing timber from non-compliant nations, however not all non-WA members.
