Act 3) The grade that these students will start learning on this subject will start from the 5th grade.

Act 4) These classes will continue on as advanced courses through college, and will be FREE. They will be free because they will still be mandatory classes through college.

I think the fact that the "Vote of No Confidence" has now made quorum should probably be taken as an indicator that perhaps the way resolutions are campaigned for and reach quorum is not currently perfect.

Also, bearing in mind the definition of "international pirates" included in the resolution, I would call clause #1 illegal under the 'honest mistake' rule.

Xaivain Republic Has Nukes

A resolution to improve world security by boosting police and military budgets.

Added some clarity into your comment, since 75% of the time I can't remember what "NOC" stands for, either, and because we do get new people here, looking at examples of How Not To Do Things. Also, the proposal is written so that it could be read as legislating in a repeal rather than being the repeal argument.

Good, I'm not the only one. I don't even know how the "NOC" thing started, all I know is I came to this thread one day and it was there.
