In order to be a grower of cannabis you would have to be certified. Just like taking a drivers test, you would have to go through 15 hours of classroom time and then take a written test at the local courthouse. Our region of The Michael Tonys also strongly thinks that it would greatly increase our economic output as a world. We could have a worldwide tax rate of 10% to make even more money and help bring each and every country, as well as the world itself, out of debt.
