What is the International Control Agency going to? You may ask. They would have to most elite forces stopping people that want to bomb your Nation or create a mass shooting in your Nation. I'm not only protecting you people and you but as well as your kids and your grandchildren. I proposing this issue because I want our Nations to have the most protective forces to protect our lands. If we want to pay for this then we must have to pay for 10% of taxes from the people for each of the Nations to help get the Money to get the International Control Agency.

The World Assembly hereby:

1. Defines 'school uniform' as a compulsory policy in all schools (from lower, upper, and higher), therefore ensuring discipline, inclusiveness/niceness, the lowering of youth crime and rebelliousness, and order in schools, education, and training of minors and young adults.
