Understanding that nations have the right to reasonable self-defense,
Noting that Weapons of Mass Destruction have the potential to kill millions of people,
Believing that wars should never include the targeting of innocent civilians,
Seeking to prevent the possibility of chemical, nuclear, or biological warfare,
Providing the following definitions of nuclear, biological, and chemical weapons
1.) Nuclear Weapon- A missile, bomb, or any weapon that gets explosive power from the energy created by the splitting or combining of the atom.
2.) Chemical Weapon- A chemical used or distributed in order to cause widespread illness or death.
3.) Biological Weapon-A virus, bacteria, self-replicating, or other living organism used to create sickness or to kill
Section 1: Concerning Nuclear Weapons
2.) Member nations are required to handle nuclear weaponry with care and to never deploy nuclear weapons unless attacked directly.
3.) Having said this, member nations are urged to never use such weapons for any reason.
4.) Member nations are forbidden to use any type of nuclear weapon on citizens or in areas of population.
Section 2: Concerning Chemical and Biological Weapons
1.) Member nations are forbidden to deploy chemical and/or biological weapons in warfare under any circumstances.
2.) Member nations may not sell or distribute such weapons to any nation or organization.
3.) Member nations may not purchase chemical and/or biological weapons.
4.) Member nations are urged to eliminate all stockpiles of such weapons.
