Medical research fudning it would be a good idea to cure

Ok i think it would be a great idea to donate 100billion towards a medical fund which will make up of a few departments one ismedical reaserchment one is vacinnes and so on so like so much of each 100billion provided will to rowards each fund such as epedemic doomsday fund incase there is an epedemic we khow we have the money to cure it and the most money will be spend on epedemic and the research to cure cancer malaria etc etc and ebola we will put billions towards new sources of cancer treatetment cancer prevention tc etc so please join it will save billions of lives for generations and will save the world and our children

OOC; "American way", originally, but the UK has basically become Americanised in that respect since my childhood.
(I can remember reading back then, I think in a Boy Scout Annual, that the correct British term for a thousand millions was a 'milliard'...)
