Let us create a real Life virtual Nation.

Let us create a real life name, and let us form a constitution for this Country, let us make a virtual reality nation. And let us vote on it on the Assembly. For those of us interested, Let us make it as though we were building a real life Country.

OOC: That's not a WA proposal by a long shot, as it's by its virtue a metagaming suggestion ("virtual nation") and you're apparently wanting to make the nation a shared account, which is not only a very bad idea, but also would get people who already have WA accounts, into trouble for WA multiing.

That said, creating a "real life nation" is not a matter for the World Assembly.
