WA Delegate Summit (Interest thread)

Postby Tyrrin » Fri Jun 12, 2009 7:03 pm

Just an idea, someone should set up an international summit for all WA delegates. We could RP it here. I wouldn't host it, I'm not the best RPer, but I thought it would be a good idea.

I don't know where we should RP it, I'm not really experienced in this stuff. If there is a better place, go ahead.

I think the Security Council subforum might be better suited for this.

Unless of course you plan on the summit being totally disconnected from gameplay pretty much - which is cool. But I have a feeling thats not what you were going for. :?:

No, I want it connected to gameplay. I'm not going to start it, so the nation that does can move it wherever they like.

If it's a character-based roleplay that isn't actually connected to to WA business (i.e., legislation, WA infrastructure, etc.), the mods would probably appreciate it if you started it in the NationStates forum.

Once, again, it was just an idea, someone else can do it.

Well, All Snootyness aside - the thread's title is a "WA Delegate Summit" which implies its World Assembly related. Which is interesting..... Has there been a WA Delegate Summit before? I think it could make a good Security Council tradition.

There is a couple things that a Summit could discuss as an agenda (besides attracting new blood to the forums). I would say the most obvious point of discussion is the Mass Democide, and the Annex of Belgium.

But I'm starting to get sidetracked from the relevance this has to the General Assembly.
Maybe I'll start up a thread about it in the SC Subforum - with the blessing of the OP of course.

Take it away, I might take part, but definitely not as a host/moderator.
