How quickly can we get something in queue?

Where WA members debate how to improve the world, one resolution at a time.

NOTICING that the current resolution has less than one and a half days left at vote,

SEEING that the next resolution would come from this council but,

ALARMED that our council has no resolution in queue,

THIS DELEGATE

REQUESTS that we hurry up and fix the problem before That Other Council gets two votes in a row.
If you see I've made a mistake in my wording or a factual detail, telegram me and I'll fix it. I'll even give you credit for pointing it out, if you'd like.

Me, responding to a request to vote for a liberation: But... but that would blemish my near-perfect history of spitefully voting against anything the SC does!
Farnhamia: That is not to be taken as license to start calling people "buttmunch."

BELIEVING that having no proposal in the queue is better than having a crappy proposal in the queue,

NOT CARING how many votes in a row either council gets,

REQUESTING that anyone working on a proposal not worry about speed but getting their proposal right.

NOT HAVING anything witty to add

AGREES with Flib and AMOM that proposals should be well-crafted rather than speedy

DECIDES to not get overly worked up that several C&C's may be in line before the next GA proposal and

REFUSES as a delegate to do a quick-vote on something based solely on which council it originates from and

GOES to refill my coffee cup now
Everything you know about me is wrong. Or a rumor. Something like that.

The goldfish crackers will win. Do you know why they smile? Because when they get inside you they start eating you from the inside out.

Conservative Morality: "When in Rome, do as the Romans. When out of Rome, do as the Romans anyway, it's not like anyone is ballsy enough to piss off Rome."

Finally fixed: The thread may be gone, but I'm still a "To Hell with This'er!," damnit! :D
