A resolution to improve world security by boosting police and military budgets.

Description: A resolution which, If passed, would improve the amount of crime in certain nations in the WA.

KNOWING that some nations suffer from a lack of prisons.

REALIZING that criminals know that they don't have to worry about consequences of there actions.

THINKING about the safety of the citizens of these said nations.

ALLOWING criminals to have punishment for there crime and a place to rehabilitate.

CONCERNED for the youth of nations with high crime.

SAVING money of tax-payers who have suffered damages at the hands of criminals.

REQUIRING at least 5 prisons in each nation.

Although some nations are anarchies, which would me think they don't really have a use for prisons... ahh well, I guess they can have empty ones.

These two clauses appear to be in direct contradiction to each other. Prisons will cost the government money to fund, which we suspect would come from taxpayer money. While it would be an interesting idea to require prisoners to pay for some of their incarceration costs, we doubt that this would either account for the totality of necessary prison funding or the destitute state of many criminals.
