ERADICATION OF DISEASE ACT

AWARE that dangerous diseases near eradication have killed or harmed countless people.
ACKNOWLEDGING that eradicated or near eradicated diseases are rarely vaccinated against and could cause serious epidemics if released.
DEFINING "near eradicated diseases" or "NED" as any disease or pathogen near extinction as declared or otherwise classified by the World Health Authority.
FEARING that these diseases are not yet completely eradicated.
The World Assembly Hearby,
EXPANDS the mandate of the World Health Authority (WHA) to include the following:
a) The authority to define and classify diseases.
b) The allocation of additional funding to discover, classify, and monitor all diseases as pathogens.
c) The sharing of all knowledge on these diseases to all member nations.
d) The advising of all member nations based on the aforementioned measures.
REQUIRES that all member nations take any practical, reasonable, and required measures to curtail the spread of dangerous or rare diseases.
ENCOURAGES member nations to cooperate with non member nations to take the appropriate actions with all diseases classified as "near eradication".
FORBIDS the weaponization or intentional breeding of pathogens or diseases which are classified by the WHA as "near extinction".
MANDATES that all stores of diseases near eradication in any form are either destroyed in a safe manner or sent to be securely stored by the World Health Organization.
FURTHER MANDATES that any cases of diseases classified as "near eradication" be immediately quarantined to restrict the spread of the disease.
STRONGLY URGES that member nations take it upon themselves to create inventions, innovations, and vaccines to help the WHA in its goals and all people to love healthier and more secure lives.
FURTHER URGES that member nations take measures to stamp out or otherwise limit diseases and their spread.
