Toilet water should be clean enough to drink otherwise many dogs and some cats may die of posioning!

How exactly is this worthy of the World Assembly's time? Seems this issue is best tackled with common sense.

or, we could make toilet seals that dogs/cats can't get to to drink, and give them water in a bowl.
