OOC: No, it's not the right place to ask it. This forum is for General Assembly proposal drafts. No idea what would be the right place, but this is not it.

Basically NatSov = National Sovereignity, meaning the nations should be allowed to decide on things themselves, without international community's interference. IntFed is the opposite.
This nation is a plant-based hivemind. It's current ambassador for interacting with humanoids is a bipedal plant creature standing at almost two metres tall. In IC in the WA.
My main nation is Araraukar.
