Alright then, figure out what category best fits it and draft a proposal.
Figure out a few operative clauses, some reasons for us to support them, and post the draft here. It is unlikely you will get anything done posting a one-liner.

Your enthusiasm is appreciated, however I would suggest that you read through the threads pinned to the top of each section of the forum before you dive in; they'll have information that will help you get your footing so that your stuff won't end up being locked due to being out of place or not sufficiently fleshed out.
