We as a nation, yes all 79 million of us, in unity, lest someone be shot, agree with our weasalrific WA bretheren. There is a creative commons copyright which allows for creativity without breach of a copyright with the permission of the owner. Otherwise I see no valid reason for an author or creator, not to be able to protect their own work from duplication without consent.... none, ever.
