SUBMITTED-Reducement of Gun Laws

Postby Winner12345 » Fri Jul 27, 2012 1:09 pm

Reducement of Gun Laws
A resolution to tighten or relax gun control laws.

Category: Gun Control
Decision: Relax
Proposed by: Winner12345

Description: NOTING that certain nations have innocent people who cannot protect themselves from criminals and oppressive governments due to the fact they have had their guns banned;

DEFINING "gun", for the purposes of this resolution, as a weapon where each operation has to be done manually and fires bullets no larger than three-quarters inch in diameter;

BELIEVING many lives could have been saved if innocent people were able to protect themselves using guns,

ALSO BELIEVING that the passage of this law would allow citzens to cause a rebellion against oppressive governments,

AGREEING that the increased availability of guns will lead to economic prosperity among member-states,

CREATES the Committee of Gun and Ammunition Sales (CoGAS) to create minimum sales of guns and ammunition in all member nations as outlined below;

•there shall be 1 gun available for every 5 citizens;
•there shall be 1000 bullets available for every 5 citizens;

MANDATES that all WA nations allow the following;

•all mentally competent adults with a clean criminal record shall be able to own guns and ammunition and shall be allowed to purchase an unlimited quantity of these items;
•all businesses shall be able to sell an equally unlimited quantity of guns and ammunition on their premises;

Every time this same proposal has been posted, the thread has been locked due to spam, pretty much entirely due to Winner12345 or his puppets. Be on notice that our tolerance for reposting locked threads is wearing thin. At the first sign of such spam from the OP or his puppets, this thread will be locked, and no others will be allowed. We will enforce with forumbans and/or nation deletions as necessary.

I find this fair but i believe you should truly look over a great bill that will grow into a the most known bill. It will allow citzens to rebel against Oppressive governments. I understand what you are saying Frissbeteria, and i will only post posts relevant to the thread.

His Most Citrusty, Johann Emporia, finds it most troubling that such a proposal exists. By the wording shown here, member states would be legally required to flood their markets with guns.

I'll ask you again, your proposal was/is universally despised, what on Earth makes you think that it has a snowball's chance in hell of reaching quorum let alone passing?

Why would a nation's government, whether oppressive or not, pass a bill that will arm potential terrorists who wish to overthrow them?
