BELIEVING that most World Assembly nations are not prepared for an ET invasion

DEFINING an Extraterestial Invasion as a alien race from a planet that is not ours making a[threat b[act of war c[or the detection of three or more unidentifiable craft.

THREAT is defined as a message from an ET race that either declares war or threatens a military presence in any WA nation

DEFINING act of war [AOW] as a attack or abduction on a WA nation

DEFINING detection of three or more unidentifiable craft as three Unidentified Flying Objects detected by government radar or by government witness

FOLLOWING one of the three types of ET Invasions all WA nations will transition a minimum of 75% of there defence forces to protect the citzens of ther region

THE nation who detected it will then have to contact all other nations about there discovery

THE contacted nations would have to do the same defence acts the other nations have done

FOLLOWING this all nations would then have to attempt to attack the UFO`s

FOLLOWING the landing of the ET ship, multiple military negotiators would then have to attempt to negotiate a peace deal

BELIEVING this would be unsuccesful, the remaining military members would go on the offensive

FOLLOWING the attack,all military would go on defence until there was outcome

ALL citzens would be recommended to stay away from the ET`s but can not be forced to stay away

Oh wait, it kind of does, unless when it doesn't. So we attack the UFO before trying to negotiate for peace? That is probably the reason why it would be unsuccessful.

I suppose it is a bigger problem than RNT, then, namely that any proposal that involves blowing visitors from the sky is not a good one.

Chances are that alien intelligence capable of reaching Earth (or wherever we are at now) would be far more advanced than humanity in general that trying to attack them would mean a swift death for humanity and civilisations on this watery rock ball.

Since you're so confident your proposals will pass, why are you bothering with discussion? Since you're apparently totally unwilling to listen to criticism without resorting to the above line, I'd recommend you try that out first.

I think you'll find that our WA voters have an expectation of literacy which you're not meeting, and that they won't even make quorum. I'd wish you luck, but I don't think any of your proposals so far deserve any.

Seems unlikely, depending what exactly does "transition a minimum of 75% of there defence forces", for that might have something to do with WA military. I also think that micromanaging the military and government actions to that level might not be legal, but I am not sure.

What about the guys without a military? And more importantly, Illegal since this either ends up as a WA military or micromanaging nations. And possibly screwing with a nation's economy and stats a bit,... It's a bit hard to tell what this is supposed to mean.

My god,... grammar. And I don't exactly see how this would accomplish anything. (Since, again, I'd just snipe individual soldiers from space, and award between 10-20 points per kill. Highest score earns $50) Plus, "outcome" is undefined,... in fact, this isn't even a complete clause, let alone an actual sentence.
