SEEING how some nations claim that you cannot condemn an entity if the entity feels a sense of pride after receiving a condemnation or enjoys the attention thereof,

RECOGNIZING that, only to be fair, we must also understand that some entities receiving commendation can feel a sense of modesty if said entity is shy or timid,

FEARFUL of the mixed-messages some Security Council legislation can send,

EMPATHETIC of those that are hit with severe cases of modesty or pride after being nominated for commendation/condemnation,

NOTING that the same detrimental cases of altered feelings can be invoked by international law in general,

HEREBY abolishes the World Assembly, for the sake of feelings.

Well the category is "Joke" but the strength is questionable. Is it "Funny" / "Damn Funny" / "ROTF LOL Funny" ...

Still it's a moot point. GA regulations clearly state one should not annoy the SC, least they turn around and comdemn the GA.
