Central Driving License Act

The CDLA will be enacted in all WA Member Nations is an international driving license that can be used in all nations within the WA.

I am new to this anyone wanna help me?

Honoured ambassador, the draft appears to be sparsely detailed, and I feel that member states should be able to continue to issue their own licences and recognise other nation's ones as they see fit. The problem with an international driving licence is that the rules and regulation of one member state would vary significantly in another.

It would be more of a permit in which you study different countries driving license programs. You would have certain restrictions such as driving at night and in heavily populated areas.

Nations already possess the means and desire to ensure that foreign drivers are properly educated and equipped to operate motor vehicles in their territories.

What problem are you trying to solve with this (ahem) resolution?
