Uh, no, it doesn't undermine his nation, it is not defamatory, and responding to a thread is not against the rules. I see no 'attack' on Malikov, I see people responding to his last post. That he says he's not going to post anymore has no bearing on the discussion; he may have started the discussion, but that doesn't mean that it cannot continue without him.

Seriously, calm down before you land yourself in trouble for flaming or flamebaiting. Your reaction to perfect civil posts is way out of line here.

Funny, but I think it's illegal to kill people, in all countrys, that have diplomatic immunity, SSU.

And no nationals or anyone can enter without a passport and unless approved by the immigration of the FSSU. Entering a nation illegally will have grave consequences.

All i said was that anyone entering FSSU illegally will be arrested, those that obstruct an arrest will be shot, those arrested will be prosecutted to the max regarding national laws and the constitution of FSSU. Now that is being attacking?? That is attacking his nation??? Sorry but it is not attacking him or anyone, it is the rule of my nation, it is how i role play and have been doing since the beginning. No nation is stupid to give up parts of it's land to to foreigners. His proposal is illegal and has been met with a huge force of opposition. If the author of this proposal cannot handle criticism and opposition views, then the author is not fit to be making proposals due to the reason mentioned in this post.

Also your wikipedia link has nothing to do with the rules of NationStates and the rules on how to create a WA Proposal which is legal.

While opposed to the proposed bill in question; the author Malikov would garner a little bit more favor back from us if he would put a hold on this bill, and concentrate on repealing the existing one first. Only then would we re-consider our stance.

We do appreciate the edit made that reduces the requirement from 5% to 1%. Also we think the sqkm requirement if a tad arbitrary and unnecessary. Next we propose this change here which would make this more palatable for us:

B) Requires all nations to identify biomes (environments) under the headings Grassland, Marshland, Mountain Range, Tundra, Desert Region, Forest Region, and Water Region.
1) The heading Grassland implies: any area that is most commonly inhabited by grass, or grass like vegetation
2) The heading Marshland implies: any area that is mostly inhabited by tall grass like structures, and/or trees, but that is also made up partially of water, or a water like substance
3) The heading Mountain Range implies: any area the is mostly of mountainous terrain, containing a select few forms, or no forms, of vegetation
4) The heading Tundra implies: any area sparsely vegetated, which acclimatized towards creatures suited to an extremely cold environment
5) The heading Desert Region implies: any area, which is sparsely vegetated, which is acclimatized towards creatures suited to an extremely hot environment
6) The heading Forest Region implies: any area mostly inhabited by large, tree like, structures
7) The heading Water region implies: Any area in which aquatic animals live within water, or a water like substance

We feel as if each nation(s) should be allowed to from the list above identify which ones apply to their nation as relates to this bil, and protect them within the bounds of this law. What if a Nation doesnt have a few of the biomes listed on th list? How can they be non-compliant if they didnt have a chance to be compliant in the first place?

1% is still too much as it forces nations as size as mine to give up 25,000sqkm to 30,000sqkm of land to foreigners, this proposal is illegal as it is establishing an international police force to be stationed in a nation's sovereign territory and banning all human activity from occuring in those area's. It is clearly unacceptable and this has nothing to do with protecting the environment but only to force nation's to give up land.
