Do you have to have endorsements to draft proposals on this forum, as opposed to the formal applications for voting?

Basically, any nation can submit a draft, and you need a WA member with two endorsements to submit a proposal, currently 51 delegate approvals to be considered for a resolution, and a majority for it to pass.

Tip: don't rush the draft, seek peer reviews and opinions and improve, improve and improve.
