Roleplay, Resolutions and Issues

First things first: I believe this is the most appropriate forum. I know it can be a hassle to mods to have to move things but I looked around and decided that this is the right place for this question. If it isn't, my apologies in advance and I have no problem with it been moved. I hope the fact I took the time to write this is reasonable enough evidence I'm willing to at least pause and consider where to post.

Right, I have a few questions.

My nation is part of the WA. I got an issue about raising children from birth as mindless killbots. I choose to do so. The law is passed.

How do I roleplay this on the forums as it is direct contradiction with a WA resolution concerning child employment?

I play with a RL friend. We agreed that trying to remember the many WA resolutions was a pain and to just discuss our nations with regard to recent changes. When a WA resolution changes my nation, an incredible liberal one, I like to reframe it as private action. For example: A resolution improving the environment is passed. I reframe as my eco-citizens creating a non-profit company that buys up park land and maintains it.

Would it be possible to write resolutions framed as once-off events, such as a summit on economic matters or is that completely out of bounds?

My nation is from Europe. My RL friend is from Europe. I fear someday he will become delegate for a day and evict me for the lulz. I thus joined the WA to boost my influence. I don't wish to be delegate myself.

Will you endorse me?
