I would like to point out that your definition indicates that the fetus is alive by indicating that an abortion causes its death. As a fetus is an immature human being, this definition of abortion makes it murder, because it kills a human being.
Because murder is illegal in any nation that respects human life, abortion by this definition must be illegal. Therefore any resolutions currently in place to limit it should remain in place. This nation cannot endorse any action to remove such resolutions.
