Ambassador of the United States to the World Assembly Emma van Hollen

47; Born on April 15th, 1971.

New - Amsterdam, Noordeinde

Married to her husband, Phillip van Hollen; together they have a son and a daughter.

- BA in Law - New - Amsterdam University's Law School;
- MA in Political Science - Fort-Nassau University.

Her Excellency the Permanent Representative of the United States of Noordeinde to the World Assembly (With the rank of Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary).

Emma van Hollen is the current United States Ambassador to the World Assembly. Between 2013 and 2017 she served as the first U.S. Secretary of Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation in the Cabinet of former President Jonathan Arthur Roosevelt. In January 2017 she was asked again to serve but this time as the United States Ambassador to the World Assembly. She accepted President Hoekstra his offer and was nominated short after. She was confirmed with unanimous consent of the U.S. Senate after several so called "confirmation hearings" by the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. About a month later, in February 2017, she was sworn into office and she presented her credentials at the World Assembly Headquarters as the new U.S. Permanent Representative and Ambassador.

Prior to her appointments as Ambassador and Secretary of Foreign Trade and Development Assistance, Ms. van Hollen had been a Senior Foreign Service Officer at the State Department and administrator of USAID for about a year. Which is one of the agencies she also later headed as Secretary. She had been nominated to this position while she still served as a Member of Congress between 2008 and 2012. During her time in the House of Representatives Ms. van Hollen served on several committees, including the House Committee on Foreign Affairs.

As the current U.S. Permanent Representative and Ambassador to the World Assembly Emma van Hollen will also serve as a special member on the President his cabinet. Together with the current U.S. Ambassador to the Stonewall Alliance.

Sir Alexander Forbes KO FRDS
Ambassador Plenipotentiary to the World Assembly

Sir Alexander Forbes was appointed Ambassador Plenipotentiary to the World Assembly on 26 December 2017 and presented his credentials to the Secretariat on 1 January 2018.

He was born on 19 March 1951 in Market Dorling, Marshire. He received a bachelor's degree in political science from Dorling College and a master's in international diplomacy from King's College, Tremaine. In 1981 he became Ambassador to Sanctaria, serving for five years in the government of Prime Minister Lionel Wilcox. In 1986 he was recalled and served as Assistant Attorney General for International Law until 1990. In that year he retired from official service to join the Institute for International Studies, becoming Assistant Director in 1997. In 2001 he resigned when he was appointed Assistant Attorney General a second time by Isabel Calhoun. When Edreland joined the World Assembly in 2004 Forbes became Head of the Legislation Translation Team and Special Advisor to the Delegation Oversight Committee.

As the pinnacle of his long career as diplomat and litigator for the Republic of Edreland, in 2017 Forbes was appointed Ambassador by Prime Minister Nicholas Jardine.

Ambassador Forbes is dedicated to preserving Edrish sovereignity and the strength of the Edrish economy and defending his nation's sovereign interests before the World Assembly. In 1977 he married Ms. Jane Hawkins from Market Dorling with whom he has four children. He enjoys polo, tennis, and running charity races.

The term of Ambassador Forbes is due to expire on 1 January 2019.
