"The definition probably avoided terms like nations and countries because it could apply also to different states within a federation or other types of local governments. Or just from the countryside to the city. Her Royal Highness was however correct that the transfer is often, even if not always, from one nation to another - does Your Excellency disagree with that? Your Excellency seemed to define trafficking as slavery, which is false, since trafficking is transfer into slavery. I must agree with Her Royal Highness that I am not sure Your Excellency fully understands what sexual trafficking is."
OOC: I am guessing you got your definition from the Wikipedia article on Sexual slavery. If you scroll down to the "Human trafficking" section of that article, it says this:Human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation is a major cause of contemporary sexual slavery.
The most common destinations for victims of human trafficking are Thailand, Japan, Israel, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Turkey and the US, according to a report by UNODC.
The countries that are major sources of trafficked persons include Thailand, China, Nigeria, Albania, Bulgaria, Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine.
Since Thailand is the only RL country that is both a common destination and major source for human trafficking, a lot of it takes place across national borders.
You should watch what you say, I got the definition from a dictionary.....are you really challenging it?
I dont know, that list doesnt seem accurate. I mean, you left out the big one...cambodia
