You and I both know it's like the abortion issue; it polarises sides and it kicks up a crap storm. Prostitution hasn't come up for about 2 years though, so I think that's why it's getting so many comments.

The version here and the version on the approval page is different. I added some things to fix your problem. And a lot changed since the last time I submitted it.

I'm only quibbling over the difference between intent and unintended side effects. Though mind you, the side effects are a perfectly valid reason in themselves for rejecting the proposal, so I'm happy to just leave it at that. I hope the debate is as exhausted as the debaters are now?

I believe I have fixed that problem in the submitted version. I don't think there will be any unintended side effects now, but I must admit that the loop hole was very significant and in quite a few other passed resolutions. I am not exhausted what so ever, I can go on [b]forever[/b.
