No matter what you believe, precedent of mod rulings indicate otherwise.

Submit if you'd like, but prepare to have the draft removed due to violating the House of Cards rule.

And even if it isn't one, as long as it's in there people are going to keep complaining that it is one, so save yourself the headache and get rid of it.

To the honourable delegates Eberhart, Gatwick and Flibble

Thank you, collectively, for bringing this issue to light. The present draft removes the reference to specific resolutions while retaining a reference to the set of existing resolutions on labour and trade (such as they exist). Although I am unaquainted with the finer points of WA philosophy, by refering to a set that may, at a future date, become empty, I hope this resolves the issue.

Again, my thanks,

-Cave Martins,
Foreign Minister

Although Nation is Quebec is no longer within the World Assembly, our sister nation, Uchila Eru, would be more than happy to support this proposal. Quebec, along with its current and former territories, believe that Free Trade is something the WA should be encouraging. Pending any additional warranted criticisms the Prime Minister and Uchila Eru's WA delegate believe that this draft is ready for submission.
