On Cannibalism

DEFINES cannibalism, as the act of consuming of human flesh, skin, or other organs.
ALSO DEFINES a cannibal as one who exercise the act of cannibalism.
NOTING that there are cases, such as being stranded on a remote island, were there is no other source of food
CONCERNED that the body of a human- deceased or otherwise- may be regarded simply as a source of substance.
AWARE that the human body should be treated with respect.
ALSO AWARE of the impact that Cannibalism could have on the friends and family of the cannibalized.
With the above in mind, The World Assembly hereby:
CREATES the Committee on Cannibalism, CoC, to determine cases in which cannibalism is acceptable.
STRONGLY SUGGESTS that states take proper action to deal with cannibals within their respective nations.
PROHIBITS the needless eating of the human body.
CONDEMNS the act of cannibalism, and those who participate in the act of cannibalism for non-survival purposes.
