section 1, artilcle 1.1 - Business malpractice in the education sector?

section 1, article 1.3 - Students are the ones learning the material, not teaching it. how are they prepared or qualified to comment on it?

section 1, article 2 - mandatring the setting up a new branch of government, which is funded by the government but not answerable to the government, is illegal. It is also a severe violation of a nations sovereignty.

section3, article 1c - The NSC is an NPO? How does that even make any sense? It is mandated to be a branch of the government of the nation it is in, and governments are not there to make a profit last time I checked.

It is our opinion that this resolution is irresponsible as well as illegal. Mandating what branches are in any government is not permitted and is a violation of national sovereignty.

Sir I would like you to read section 3 again and could you provide an explanation with how this threatens national sovereignty cause I don’t think there is a law like that or my resolution does anything like that if you feel so could you tell me how ?

How is this resolution not an invasion of national sovereignty when you are mandating that each government surrender authority to the WA in how it is organized? The caveat calling it "voluntary" is illegal. Setting up a department of a government as an NPO is illegal. Mandating a department of the government which is not answerable to the government is a violation of national sovereignty.

OOC; Any one nation's policy in this respect would have no direct effect on any other nation, so why is it an appropriate topic for international legislation in the first place?

I'm fairly certain that "voluntary" refers to student membership, not to governments offering the programme.
