Basically, you have to post the results of your domestic league in the International Domestic Soccer NewsWires thread, and post which teams are going to the three UICA tournaments (TakilQuip Champions' Cup, Super Cup, Series B Champions' Cup). Since you're not in the top 28 in the rankings, you get one team for the TQCC, three for the Super, and four for the Series B.

This, but the Globe Cup is the second tournament, not the Super Cup (the latter is contested by the winners of the other three tournaments).
