The Confrederated Clans (and other Confrederated Bodys) of the Free Bears of Bears Armed
(includes The Ursine NorthLands) Demonym = Bear[s]; adjective = ‘Urrsish’.
Population = just under 20 million. Economy = only Thriving. Average Life expectancy = c.60 years. If the nation is classified as 'Anarchy' there still is a [strictly limited] national government... and those aren't "biker gangs", they're traditional cross-Clan 'Warrior Societies', generally respected rather than feared.

Ladies, gentlemen, others; registrations for the Sixth Winter Olympic Games are now CLOSED.

Signups past this point will not be accepted without a very good reason.

Is there any chance of text transcripts of the audio host posts?

My part during the Opening Ceremony will be later tonight due to the fact that I had to get my taxes ready for tomorrow, and I'm at work right now.

No worries. I've put a Krytenian spin on the parade itself, but not gone too in-depth on the teams. Go nuts.

How do I request that Shofercia's King be allowed to watch? The problem is that he comes with his own air wing, and defense company - and I know that most nations would probably not enjoy my air wing flying through their country announced. He also has about 58 bodyguards - so how would I RP him attending? I'd also need somewhere to keep my fighters as my pilots enjoy the games. I also believe that this was never done before - so I'm trying to get advice before I do something embarrassing :P

TG more details of what's in the air wing and associated entourage; I'll let you know what I'll be OK with.

I'm a little confused on how to read the snowboarding Round of 64 results. Did the top name in each pairing qualify?

In the parallel giant slalom, the winner of each run has a blank in the corresponding column, and the loser has a time indicating how far behind they were (or DNF/DSQ). The athlete with a blank for run 2, and a “Q”, wins the pairing and advances to the next round.

I'm hoping that I don't keep losing by a few seconds throughout the entire Olympics. My snowboarder just lost by a blasted seven seconds! Does his impersonation of Charlie Brown screaming. :(

I'm hoping I'll do better in the next events. Keeps his fingers crossed. Maybe I should buy a four-leaf clover.
